Changed email address.  There are some really unscrupulous people out there that seem bent on making life difficult by "harvesting" addresses.  I've changed the contact email to my yahoo account to try and manage the 90+ spam mails I've been getting daily.

Removed the Friends page.  Not sure what I wanted that page to be so decided to wait until I know!

Changed format of some of the hyperlinks to hopefully make them more readable!
