Every year, Dobie celebrates her birthday for at least a month! We start watching
the musicians' schedules about the middle of February. From then
until the end of March, we're 'celebrating'. This year wasn't any different,
except the main celebration started the planning stage when we attended a benefit
for Hannah Howell (www.hannahhowell.org)
at Taz Country and saw The Peoples Choice play. The Peoples Choice played almost weekly at Dobie's bar, Country Music Showplace so it was a fun reunion. As we visited with Howard, James, and Bucky, we found out they were playing at The Wild West on Dobie's birthday. The party was planned!! |
