It was Labor Day Weekend and we had Monday as a holiday.  Laurie and Albert wanted to go hear Heybale.  They'd never gotten to go before.  Imagine my concern when I got there and Becky (our favorite waitress) told me it wasn't the "normal" Haybale.  I had a chance to speak with the lead player and found out he plays in Tanya Tucker's band and the bass and piano players are in Raul Malo's band with Tom Lewis the drummer.

I explained everything to Laurie and Albert when they got there and we decided to hang around and see what happened.  Boy!  Are we glad we did.

The regulars.....Tom, Gary, and Eric....were there.  While the other three were new to us, it only took one song for us to realize we were in for a treat!!
