Dale and the guys had been on tour in Europe and we were ready for a 'Dale Fix'!

We just had one little problem......Dale was at the Broken Spoke....Albert was playing with Sam Bentley at Hills Cafe.  We wanted to be BOTH places.....so did Albert!!   What to do?   Well, the Hill's Cafe gig is ends early at 10:30 and the Broken Spoke doesn't end til 1am!!  Yep....you guessed it....we figured it out!

Becky stayed at Hills just until 8:30, then she went to the Spoke to get us a table.  As soon as Sam quit (I wasn't leaving before he did!), I headed to the Spoke to help Becky.  When Albert got his drums broke down and in the truck, Stacy, Marilyn, Albert and Laurie joined us....along with Laurie's family that had never heard Dale.  We danced, we laughed, we loved the music!

Dale brought a few copies his HEEAH!! cd that is released only in Europe.  I got the last one and asked him to autograph it for Teree's birthday.  The CD includes Tequila and Teardrops which is her and Dobie's song.  They gave the title to Dale and he wrote the song on stage one night as we watched....what a thrill.

As a little side note....you might have to go to a little effort to get a copy of HEEAH!!, but it is worth every second you take to find it and every penny you spend to buy it.  I know I'm prejudiced when it comes to Dale, but......it really is that good!!!
