There's a little bar in south Austin called Giddy-Ups.  We've had parties, benefits, and cook-offs there as well as just getting together with friends for no special purpose.  It's little, the dance floor is NOT the best, and in the winter you can freeze out on 'the patio' where the musicians play.  But, that's okay....when you get too cold, just remember how you roasted in there last summer!

People like Glenn Collins, Bobby Pounds, and Kevin Fowler came in to party and did a couple of songs with Sam and the guys.  The night ended up being an 'almost Christmas' party.  And, if this was the Christmas party, imagine how much we were looking forward to New Year's Eve!
